호텔 쿤다 데스포트 하우스는 튀르키예 아이발릭에 위치한 역사적 건물을 복원하여 호텔로 재사용한 프로젝트입니다. 본관과 저수조는 원래의 재료와 건축 기법을 존중하며 보수되었습니다. 후대에 추가된 부분은 제거되었고, 오래된 페인트와 회벽은 깨끗이 정리되었습니다. 목재 바닥, 문, 창문과 계단은 원형에 따라 재건되었으며, 기초와 구조 시스템은 보강되었습니다. 본관에는 스무 개의 객실이 있으며, 레스토랑, 스파, 수영장이 호텔 기능을 뒷받침합니다.
