단독주택 크레스트리지 레지던스는 낡은 규격형 주택을 전면 리모델링하여 완성한 단독주택이다. 새로운 평면 구성은 21,000제곱피트의 경사진 대지 위에 자리한 기존 2,100제곱피트의 건축 면적 안에서 이루어졌다. 천연 아이언우드 소재에 흑산화 처리된 철물을 적용한 수직 루버 시스템이 전면부에 프라이버시를 제공한다. 볼트 천장의 그레이트 룸과 대형 창은 로스앤젤레스 분지의 전경을 향해 열려 있다. 주택 양 끝단에 배치된 두 개의 사적 영역은 가족과 손님이 각자의 프라이버시를 유지하면서 함께 생활할 수 있도록 한다.
