오피스 빌딩 수이베이 인터내셔널 센터는 산업단지에 위치한 저층부 상업시설을 갖춘 오피스 타워이다. 타워의 높이는 197.5미터이며, 지상 43층과 지하 4층으로 구성된다. 형태는 대나무에서 영감을 받았으며, 분절된 구성이 서로 다른 기능들을 하나로 통합한다. 저층부와 타워를 따라 다수의 스카이 가든이 배치되어 다양한 용도와 전시를 위한 체류 가능한 공간을 만들어낸다. 조경된 계단은 저층부에서 문화 행사를 위한 전시 공간을 형성하며, 실내와 실외의 경계를 흐린다.
