판매 센터(분양 홍보관) '리듬 이스턴(Rhythm Eastern)'은 2020년 중국 산둥성에 완공된 연면적 8,334제곱미터 규모의 분양 홍보관이다. 실내 공간은 중국 문화의 제자백가(諸子百家)를 스토리라인으로 삼았으며, 그래픽 장식화를 통해 각 학파의 고전적인 이야기를 표현했다. 블랙, 화이트, 그레이의 색채 팔레트는 차분하면서도 따뜻한 분위기를 자아낸다. 지역의 문화적 요소를 도자 조각과 결합해 조형적인 예술 작품으로 완성했다. 부드러운 조명과 친환경 소재는 자연과 공간, 빛과 그림자를 하나로 이어준다.
