지속 가능한 주택 선 하우스(Sun House)는 현장에서 에너지를 생산하고 재사용하도록 설계된 지속 가능한 건축물이다. 지붕과 외벽은 총 65.57kW 용량의 태양광 패널로 구성되어 있다. 실내는 대부분 재활용된 편백나무 목재로 마감되었으며, 이를 천장, 바닥재, 가구, 파티션으로 재가공하여 사용했다. 히트펌프 시스템이 열을 순환시켜 실내 온도를 조절하고, 모아진 빗물은 10톤 규모의 탱크에 저장되어 정원 관개에 활용된다. 이 건축물은 440제곱미터의 실내 공간을 제공하며 에너지 자립을 목표로 한다.
