고층 오피스 빌딩 Szhk 과학기술 프로젝트는 중국 선전에 위치한 고층 오피스 개발 사업이다. 250미터 높이의 주동은 뻗어 나가는 벽오동 나무의 형태를 연상시키며, 상업 포디엄은 나무 모양으로 조성되고 그 파사드는 오동나무 잎사귀를 형상화한다. 이 설계는 커뮤니티 헬스 센터, 트리하우스 서점, 게임 센터, 아트 센터를 갖추어 주거·여가·업무 공간이 어우러진 24시간 순환형 생활권을 형성한다. 자연 환기, 타공 알루미늄 파사드 패널, 녹화된 포디엄 옥상, 옥상 태양열 온수 시스템을 통해 에너지 사용량을 절감한다.
