복합 주거 건물 210 블루어는 42개의 주거 유닛, 126m2의 상업 공간, 그리고 3개 층의 지하 주차장을 갖춘 29층 규모의 복합용도 건물입니다. 본 개발 프로젝트는 총 연면적 15,589m2, 대지 면적 대비 20배의 용적률을 실현합니다. 대지 경계선까지 설계된 동측과 서측 파사드는 거울 유리의 삼각형 테셀레이션 기하학적 패턴을 특징으로 합니다. 육각형 패널의 미러 마감은 반사되는 빛과 형태의 캔버스를 창조합니다.
