공공 건축물 워윈 플랫폼은 자이언트 판다 국립공원의 입구 전시관으로, 지역의 대나무숲, 안개, 빙하 잔해물의 지질학적 특징을 건축적 형상으로 구현하였다. 1층의 '대나무숲'은 주변 마을에 대한 화답으로 마을 거실의 역할을 하며, 중간층의 부유하는 '안개'는 문화 전시 공간으로, 상부의 '잔해물'은 휴게 공간으로 활용된다.
