주거용 주택 KAP는 새롭게 보존된 녹지 회랑의 골격에서 자라나는 야생 열대 초원 뒤편에 자리 잡고 있다. 옛 말라야 철도 선로의 잔재는 바로 그 뒤편의 고급 주거 구역을 감추고 있다. KAP는 한때 오래된 식민지 시대 흑백 양식 주택의 광활한 정원이었던 부지에 위치한다. 이 주택은 모더니스트 디자인을 특징으로 하며, 인접한 클래식 주택과 적절한 대조를 이루면서 현대 열대 건축의 정수를 구현한다.
