레스토랑 인테리어 디자인 마루고 신바시는 도쿄 신바시의 번화한 거리에 자리한 와인 바 겸 레스토랑 인테리어이다. 마루고 브랜드 사인의 원형은 인테리어 전반에 반복적으로 적용되어 시인성과 기억성을 높인다. 와인 레드 타일 벽과 버튼 장식 벤치가 원형 모티프를 이어가며, 다카오카 동기(銅器)의 착색 동판이 한쪽 벽면 전체를 덮는다. 큐브 브릭 타일과 마호가니 원목이 재료 팔레트를 완성한다. 간접 조명은 실물 크기 목업을 통해 조정하여 각 원형에서 빛이 명확하게 드러나도록 했다. 공간의 면적은 105제곱미터이다.
