호텔 알릴라 우전(Alila Wuzhen)은 양쯔강 이남의 수향(水鄉) 마을에서 영감을 받은 호텔이다. 전체 배치 계획은 이 지역의 전통 마을을 원형으로 삼아 그 공간 형태와 기본 요소, 건축 스케일 및 색채 관계를 그대로 유지했다. 직설적인 장식 요소는 배제하고, 대신 정제된 재료와 간결한 구조, 차분한 현대적 색조를 사용했다. 넓은 유리면과 대형 문짝, 깊게 돌출된 처마가 연속적이면서도 질서 있는 프레임을 형성한다. 거리와 골목, 중정에는 새로운 기능이 부여되었다. 이 호텔의 면적은 25,000제곱미터에 이른다.
