베이커리 인테리어 디자인 피에르 드 롱사르(Pierre De Ronsard)는 110제곱미터 규모의 베이커리 인테리어입니다. 이 디자인은 하나의 개방된 판매 공간 안에서 제빵 과정과 디저트를 함께 보여줍니다. 핵심 개념은 매장과 쇼핑몰 내부 가로 사이의 모호한 경계입니다. 아이보리 색으로 도장된 타공 곡면 벽체가 주 출입구 가까이에 자리하며, 타공 간격은 점진적으로 변화합니다. 다양한 높이의 적층 금속판은 디스플레이 유닛이자 인터랙티브 설치물의 역할을 합니다. 고정된 경계면을 솔리드 블록이 대신하면서 내부와 외부가 서로 연결됩니다.
