분양 홍보관 인테리어 디자인 '파격적인 왈츠(The Unconventional Waltz)'는 622.9제곱미터의 길고 좁은 상업 공간에 조성된 부동산 분양 홍보관의 인테리어 디자인이다. 곡면 벽체와 천장, 복도는 목재 베니어로 마감되었으며, 원형 리셉션 카운터는 아폴로 그레이 대리석과 와이어 브러시 가공 베니어를 조합했다. 미러 기둥과 메탈 태슬은 좁은 평면이 주는 답답함을 완화하고, 펜던트 조명은 쇼윈도 디스플레이를 형성한다. 곡선의 형태는 구조 보를 부드럽게 감싸며 매끄럽고 편안하면서도 세련된 환경을 만들어낸다.
